Purna Yoga Fundamentals

This class is wonderful for those who need a refresher on the basics of yoga. Learn the fundamentals of beginning a yoga practice as you stretch and strengthen your body.  You will learn the Purna Yoga Morning Series and Purna Yoga Hip Series.  You will release tension in your spine by twisting actions and beginning back bends.

Your instructor will go over all safety points of each pose.
