We are now teaching classes Saturday via zoom.

Saturday – 9:00am – Strength and Stamina (Level 2)

Level 1 is for beginners, students that have injuries or physical challenges, or have not done yoga for a while.

Level 2 is for students that have been practicing for over 6 months or for those who maintain a strong personal fitness practice.

Remember, ANY class at Purna Yoga Mt Rainier will be a joy whether it be gentle or strenuous, so please come anytime you feel you can and it is guaranteed you will feel the benefit.

Classes at Purna Yoga Mt. Rainier are one hour and fifteen minutes unless stated otherwise on the schedule.

Please come 10 minutes early to set up your mat and props.
